Just get to run around and play in light gravity and be like a monk. These guys were the first attempts at variable gravity (before the Ice Games event was around) and it was a way to try out some tech and have fun at the same time while messing around in a public zone.

Please make the buffs last half an hour instead of just 10 minutes. Enough to run around a wilderness zone for a bit or run thru a wilderess zone and still do a short quest:)

A bunch of players formed a raid group and dispersed around the market to find out. When we got all of them we got +2 Psionic Boost instead of +1 and the duration was 30 mins.

It's a short term super-jump buff. If you've done The Dreaming Dark, and experienced light gravity, it's that.
