I traded a set of red dragon scales to get one from Hefty mate.

These scrolls are a common drop, surely someone else in AoK has one, I see them in there farming that all the time.

I can vouch, I personally saw Heffty pull one last night. We ran an Epic Against the Demon Queen(part 1) for seals and shards and the lucky bugger got one just near the end fight.

Not sure if he is going to sell it, trade it or keep it or what, but it might be worth asking him.
