Rapiers or Khopesh seem to be the big thing, I like rapiers. Also, expect a lecture re strength vs dexterity builds.

Strength-Based Khopesh if you can afford the feat. Otherwise, Strength-Based Rapier seems to do really well. As for the past life, no idea.

Scimitars work well too for certain races. Kopeshes still are the top dps weapon in game. Though with rapier, maybe scimitar, you won't need to burn a precious feat to use. Rogue PL feat is supposed to be very good, don't for certain, I'm sure there are plenty of number crunchers that can explain that in depth. Monk passive PL is good for the +1 damage per life it gives.

Khopesh is the best 1 hand in the game. (Since heavy picks aregoing to be nerf in U9)

I'm a strenght user with pew pew power attack on my rogue... some agrees others don't. My DPS is oustanding by far (according to my OWN experience).

Here's a sort of my "Dream Build". (Can't TR yet since I'm already working over an another character)

I think you gotta be aware one important thing though... having good weapons is great but matching all your hit points item is a must on a "Melee Base" character.

Some of my friends are using similar build to mine enjoy alot of rogue class.

I get the same "constructive" comment everytime... "If we don't party we're sorta screw" which is true.

But once you play with people you really feel your DPS carries the whole party.

Build isn't bad...only one problem is the threat % is too low...you'll draw aggro every time.
