I haven't played DDO in about 4 months now. What has changed in the game? Have there been any drastic changes? I'm considering returning to playing the game, soon, and would like to 'catch up'.

Dramatic Changes coming next month .

New lords march stuff, several bug fixes, about the same amount of lag. A lot of the old uber items are being displaced by new mostly bound to account stuff in the crystal cove event, which you just missed. Some rule changes that are good or nerfs depending on your view.

Update 9 looks huge and you can read about it in the forums.
