DDO Store did not give 20% discount on purchase

Placed an order on 3/27 @ 12:20am est with 4 items in it, and did not receive the 20% off using the 20PERCENTSPRINGDDO code.

Would like to have this corrected... could not find another to contact Turbine in regards to the DDO Store as all links I found did not work.

So I'm hoping this the answer.


If not, could someone please refer with the right info to resolve this matter.

It's a mongrel to actually find a link to submit an account ticket, the link on the forums remains broken. If you do figure it out, you'll get reimbursed pretty promptly.

Was able to call on Monday and get this corrected... having a problem over the weekend seemed to be my biggest problem coupled with having trouble contacting through Email link...


also advised them to look into an error404 on the contact link as they said there shouldn't have been a problem with the link.


I'll pass on a little advice on that I was given to me... that if you have a problem like mine to contact customer service during the sale/promotion period or they may not be able to help you.
