A friend of mine will love to use a Greater Heart of wood to respec is skill, ability etc...
The problem is that he ate a +2 tome of supreme ability and we don't know if he will lose the benefit of this item once he reincarnate...
Can someone help me?

You do not lose any Tomes in either a LR or GR, only a TR.

Tomes remain through Lesser and Greater Reincarnations. They will be re-applied in stages at the applicable levels. So when your friend reaches level 3 of the GR, they will get +1 to all stats from the tome. At level 7, the full +2 will apply. This can matter for feats or (for Int) skill points.

Tomes will NOT remain after a True Reincarnation.

Another little help... If I TR a toon with 2 class 10 lv each (10 rogue/10 fighter for example leaving out the abomination it should be...) which past life I will get in my new life?

Usually whichever icon you see when you play the character in a group is the past life it'll take along, usually the one first in the alphabet although I recall an issue where monks and/or FVS weren't in their correct order but always came last.

Yes, monk/FvS come last (I forget which order for the two) otherwise it's alphabetical. So a 10 fighter - 10 rogue would get the fighter past life feat on TR.

The original classes that where in game at launch follows the alphabet.

Then the classes that have been added to the game after follows in the order they where added.
