DDO Forums Linkifier (http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/99064)
Version 0.6
Want the old class forums back? Here's the next best thing: a Javascript that you can install in Firefox or Chrome that tweaks the forums UI to add links that make the Prefix-filtered Class forums behave like individual class forums. It:
* Adds links to the Prefix-filtered Class forums to the pain page.
* Modifies the forum view page to show Prefix-filtered forums as though they're a separate forum. It modifies the "breadcrumbs" in the header, and removes the tags from the posts.
* Makes new threads automatically default to the prefix of the forum view you clicked the New Thread button on. To make unprefixed threads, go to the generic forum (Melees, etc.) and use the New Thread button there.
* Modifies search results, moving the Prefix tag from the thread title, to the Forum column, and makes it link to the Prefix-filtered Class forum.
* Adds the Prefix-filtered Class forum to the "breadcrumbs" in the header while view Prefix-tagged threads.
Just use the above link to get the script. If you're using Chrome, you can just click install, and you'll be all set. If you're using Firefox, you'll need to install Greasemonkey (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/greasemonkey/) first.
If you installed a previous version of this script (under its old name), you will need to uninstall it. On Chrome, go to "menu button -> Tools -> Extensions" and click uninstall under the old version. Under Firefox, right click the Greasemonkey icon in the lower right, select Manage User Scripts, select the old version, and click uninstall.
Once it's installed, just refresh the main forum page (http://forums.ddo.com/), and you'll see those links!
