Yesterday I bought 420 turbine points via the turbine point card option at Playspan. I got the points immediately after I input my code to the DDO store, but my account is still listed as free. Should it be premium by now, or do I not get premium from using a point code?

Yeah, if you got the points your account should list premium.

Open a ticket with account support, they are the ones to fix premium status.
