In Game Mail bug?

I am unsure why but the Action I sold send me mail claiming there is 140,002 plat and 4 gold I can detach which considering I sold the item for 200k plat sounds about right. However I can not detach the money. So in 4 days I lose my item and 140k plat and I can't figure out why it won't detach. I have restarted Client, Computer, tried 4 different mailboxes (Harbor Market, House P, and Guild Ship) all with the same result .... and yes I have clicked the detach button just like I plugged in my computer. I put in a bug report and submited a in game help ticket and have been standing at this mailbox with the mail open clicking detatch every 5 minutes hope it will.

Update, The problem presists on 2 computers using different IPs

Answer - you're free to play and 140k is higher than your current platinum cap.

Submitting a ticket won't help, it has nothing to do with your IP, computer, mailbox, time of day, location in game, position of mars, stock prices, voodoo magic or anything else.

Solution - get some experience.
