Epic scrolls from charmed foes

Can an epic scroll drop if a foe is killed by a charmed mob?

and

I am bumping this. Is there anyone out there who knows the answer to this question?

I really doubt it..mostly cause all the scrolls I've seen since update has been from me getting the kill.
