Blessings cost 200 points this year. List what you've gotten so we can learn if its worth spending Turbine points on them this year.

Out of 6 blessings turned in on Ultimate Aura I've gotten:

-2 Medium XP Elixers 190 points
-Another 2 Medium Elixers 190 Points
-2 Supreme Ability Pots 195 points for 5 so 78 Points worth
-Another 2 Supreme Ability Pots 78 Points
- Yet another 2 Supreme Ability Pots 78 Points
- 1 Greater Siberys Spirit Cake 250 points

So out of 6 blessings I got 1 item worth more TP than the cost of a Blessing.

That would be a total of 864 TP worth of items for 1200 Turbine Points of Blessings.

Note: In rare cases people have gotten 5 Greater Siberys Spirit Cakes for ultimate aura turnins. These retail for 1100 turbine points.

Nope. I won't be buying another one. I got lucky on my first turn in and didn't realize how bad of an idea it was to buy them this year. I want my 200TP back.

I'd say no. Buying the Blessings of the Traveler is akin to gambling. Since they cost 200 points, it's really just better to save those towards whatever you really want.

It definitely looks like a **** lottery. Why bother buying blessings when you can get the majority of the "rewards" for less TP. It's sad to see the lack of respect and willingness of the Turbine store team to fleece us this way. If you are willing to PAY for a blessing you should at minimum get 200 TP worth of rewards with a chance to get more. This a bad portent of the turbine "aniversary" money making model. T

On a major aura w/ Blessing, I pulled an Greater Efreet Anvil <sp?>. Never had the occassion to use one in the past so I'm not sure it's worth. Probably could have used it last night in Rainbow though.

Summoned Repair Shop is 95 tp.

So far I've seen no reports of anyone getting Hearts of Wood or +3/4 Tomes like last year. This years egghunt is looking like one not to spend TP on.

Yes, on log in you should find that most characters have 15 egg hunts, 1 blessing, 1 turn-in-for-hat-at-the-event.

And yeah... I actually bought 5 blessings last year and in the end after running all my toons pulled 4 +3 lsr hearts. (17 turn-ins total).
And even when you didn't get a +3 heart, you got a Teleport Rod (BTA) (395 TP), so it didn't feel like you were taking a loss. BTC Supreme Ability potions = LAME.

This year I predict much lower TP sales on blessings.

I've also noticed the standard turn-ins seem to be lower level. Last year I saw L18-20 items for an L20 character. This year I'm seeing L13-16 (after 15 runs). Maybe once the birthday loot bonus turns on they'll get better... maybe there was one last year.

Edit: Got an L18 item on the next run.

And after that I quit. Thats not worth spending TP on. One was my freebie, 3 were bought. 600 TP for like 250tp worth of garbage thats bound to a char that wont use it.

I spend TP on stuff I want. Not stuff I hope I get. I feel ripped off. Thats real money I'm playing with, not plat.

I agree with this, last year we ran for the +3 heart of wood that was not in the store at the time.
And it is still your luck, e.g. had guildies get one in a few tries, but needing the heart i tried with 4000 tp and got none.
The most common reward last year seemed to be the rod of teleport.

I've run five times using the blessing, three of the five times got me the two supreme lameness potions (bound to character to even make them more worthless).

The loot table for the blessing this year is garbage.

I did 6 runs to ultimate and got 2 supreme stat potions all 6 times and they are bound to char so I cant even combine them to lvl a newbie or TR, very disappointed in egg hunt this year!
