Hi guys

I plan to TR my rogue toon, so i've been trying some builds i consider interesting. The first one wasn't so good (multiclass with monk) and, after think a lot, i guess the best choice i have is to go pure rogue again. But in a different style, i'm mech at the moment.
This is basically a STR build, so i picked human. Pure Assassin, human versatility and such. I tried also to have a decent UMD, at least to use cure critical wounds wands. The build is strongly based on criticals (i thought to get stunning blow, but the DC is too low at high levels).

The equipment i have thought for the lvl 20 is this:
Helmet: Minos Legens
Goggles: Tharne's goggles
Armor: DT Leather Armor (with greater false life, exceptional constitution +1 and radiance guard)
Bracers: Tharne's bracers
Boots: Madstone Boots
Rings: Whisper ring (assassin set), Other ring for +6 str or int
Belt: Awanahu Sash (assassin set, +6 con)
Cloak: Cloak of Night (lvl 16 upgrade)
Necklace: GS of full earth, for full hp bonus
Gloves: Charged Gauntlets
Trinket: Head of good fortune

The main problem with this is i'd wish to have a +6 str and +6 int item, but i don't see that possible. The quick solution is to upgrade the charged gauntlets to the epic version, but i'd like more options for mid levels.

All the suggestings are welcome.

Fixed the feats mistake.

NOTE: For some reason the character builder didn't work well and i couldn't pick improved twf and greater twf even when i meant the requisites. In this build appears iron will at lvl 15 and lightning reflex at lvl 18, but the true feats i would take for those levels are improved twf and greater twf, respectively.

You need to dex 17 on it (Start at dex 14 you either need a +3 tome or level up points in it. You're only showing +1 tomes used in the planner)... A 17 dex is required for itwf/gtwf and class/racial enhancements such as adaptability nor rogue dex count towards it aquiring a pre on a feat.

nor rogue sex count towards it

Rogues do it from behind.

Just going to post my own build since we're the same thing and point out a few things I'd recommend changing.

Few notes. +6 Cha slotted to gloves, +2 Con to Shintao Ring, +2 Str to Ravager Ring, +6 Int slotted into Goggles of Time Sensing, Toughness on Cloak. GFL, +1 exceptional Con, Tharne's on DT. Too lazy to type up notable gear, but the character is in my sig.

I'm lazy when it comes to jump and I hate not having it while lvling up. By getting it to what I did, my Str mod, Good Luck, and GH max it at exactly 40. As far as stats go, I ended on an even Str due to having access to the epic Abishai 3 piece set, +3 exceptional Str, and the same for Con with a +7 item and +3 exceptional. My UMD is at a standing 37 with just GH, shy of where I wanted to be in my gear set, but I'm not really willing to devote any more slots to +Cha skills or Seven Fingered Gloves. I'm able to get epic traps without issue due to having a +20 search item, though without it you'd need a +skills GS item or burn a Human Vers skill boost. Due to having Good Luck and +6 Wisdom from the Shintao set worked in, I feel my Will saves hit a fairly usable level (21 with just GH) and I've seen saves on as low as a 7 during some Epic DQ1 Seal runs. Made me thankful in the choice to take Slippery Mind over Crippling Strike, specially since it seems to mess with some of epic mob's stat regens. I see that you took Defensive Roll. I'd personally advise against it. Off the top of my head, it activates (reflex save)% of the time while you're under 20 or 25% HP, causing 50% of the damage to be avoided. Can't say I find all that much use in that.

Concerning your build, personally, its more Int that I'd personally like to have on a TR'd DPS Rogue build. Your Con also strikes me as a tad low considering its a TR'd build. I see that you picked up Rogue Dex I and II, Rogue Skill Boost I, and Trap Sense. 8 AP that doesn't go to all that much that's useful. I also see that you've only got Subtle Backstabbing I. Unless you'll be using two -20% threat sets, that will be iffy. One of which I see accounted in your build, though I'd advise against it as it does almost nothing. You'll gain the lvl drain effect that has all too low of a proc rate. Those 8 APs, IMO, should be going towards Extra Action Boost I and II as well as Subtle Backstabbing II. Extra Action Boost will boost both your Human Vers boosts as well as your Haste Boosts, and the more you have of these, the more your can achieve your max DPS for those 20 seconsd. Concerning your issue in getting +6 Str in your gear set, there are PLENTY of ways to do so. As you said, Epic Charged Gauntlets, two of the three ToD sets you should have your eyes on have it (Frenzied Berserker Ring/Belt, Ravager Ring/Belt, Shintao Ring/Neck).

I also see that you've only listed +1 stat tomes for everything except for Dex. While +3s and 4s can't always be worked into builds, +2s should always be assumed IMO, specially for a build aimed at end game.

That's all thats really sticking out to me atm. I'd revisit your stat distribution and decide if the extra skills gained from your higher Int is worth it, as its not needed for traps, and double check your Str and Con scores and decide what gear you'll be seeing in your future (+3 exceptionals, +1/3 Profane, +3 or 4 tomes, etc). Take a look at your enhancements and make better use of the wasted points.

Edit: On a second look I see that you're going the Heavy Pick route. Can't say I'm a huge fan of full timing them myself. Can't really fault it if you're just wanting to be different in your weapon choices, but if you're taking it due to epics or anything, I'd look else where with that feat. To-hit doesn't particuarly matter when using picks since they should only come out when holds, stuns, and FtS are in play. If those things seem iffy, some Master's Touch scrolls will save you that feat.
