I'm really sorry but I will be very blunt with my opinion.
Case:
My case is my account got hacked almost 4 months ago. Many expensive items like: spell storing ring, bloodstone, large shroud mats, dragon scales, large mats (farmed with 3 toons for over a month), Pale Lavender Ioun Stone or Vibrant Purple Ioun Stone (I'm not sure, but i would say Pale Lavender Ioun Stone. Just check your logs, I don't remember all after so much time), few large bags, etc was stolen from too of my toons: Xandarian and Xandarians. AH value of those would be few millions of plat on that time.
I got a hold of my account after i phoned Turbine. I head that all my items will be returned to me:
So i logged in and posted a ticket.
Then i posted next one after 1 week.
I posted 3rd after next 2 weeks.
And 4th after next 2.
Finally I thought I'm too fast. There are other ppl who need help, right?
Then i waited and waited till today (5th ticked). Today is like 4 month without 5 days or so from the abduction day.
All answers were the same:
Turbine is so investigating my issue that they ask for my patience and will answer it.
So Why can't they do a thing in 4 months?
Does anyone care for me? Cause I'm not a VIP.
I only play and but points every few months.
Does it matted i bought over 20k points till now?
Does it count that i had support when i posted those first 3 tickets?
Does Turbine even care if they have a players?
I can tell you I'm so very disappointed that I'm thinking of ending my DDO adventure.
I loved to play DDO for last over 2 years but its almost the end for me cause YOU DON'T CARE for PPL that play your game!
I'm waiting for any replay.
