Just wondering when inside a quest and you need to refresh clickies and skills. Do you actually need to rest or can you side near the shrine and get refreshed. I think I know the answer being rest, but i was just wondering if there are any other ways to refresh them will in a quest.

You need to rest. Standing near a shrine does nothing.

There are also portable, one use rest shrines you can obtain.
