is Character Transfer available and if yes, can i transfer my toon from Thelanis to Ghallanda??
i cant found any info about it.

Yes you can.

Use Game Support link at top of page, and it will let you submit a ticket in the form of an e-mail to request your transfer(s).

I'm pretty sure the answer is no but does the favor your toon has accrued travel with you to the new server or do you start over on the favor?
