How to use xp pot on someone else?

Never used one of those on another player, but I can imagine it goes something like this.

1: Drag the potion to a hotbar of your choice
2: Select the player you wish to use it on
3: Click the potion in the hotbar

Or you could try:

Open trade window with player X.
Place XP pot in trade window.
Click OK.
Player X clicks OK.
Player X drinks pot.

Since that is sure to work.

Short answer - you can no longer target another player with xp boost potions.

I never even considered using pots on someone else before. Anyone know off-hand if this is only the mnemonics you find in chests? Or does it also work with DDO Store pots?

(Interesting because you could have a high DC sorc nuking away while a couple of other people top him up - the possibilities are interesting)

Um, you might want to reread the thread name...

To OP:

In the past you could do it by selecting the intended target and double clicking on the pot.

With the last update this has been changed to avoid boosting someone else accidentally, you must get the pots in your hotbar, and use it from there to boost the selected target.

However this currently isnt WAI, and right now there is absolutely no way to use the pot on someone else.

And at Daggaz, each kind of xp pot is bound, so no trading.

I don't think you can use Mnemonic potions on other players, but check the description of potions like Remove Curse, they come with a funnel, so they can be used on other players.
