It has been awhile since I've done anything important so while I was checking on an answere to a post I notice I had won a lottery back on 10/21 of last year. It was the Aggregation Lotto. What is/was that and how do I go about claiming it?

Since they send the winnings in mail, anything you won has long since been deleted.

The prize would have been automatically delivered to your mailbox on the character who won. It is by now long past time for the message to have expired and been returned to the sender. Be sure to check MyDDO regularly to watch out for current Lottos and be sure to pick up your winnings promptly if you win.
