Im really sorry this is my second post from last night but I have some more questions to answer, and that thread is a totally different topic.

Well, I jsut noticed that I have enough TP to buy GH when it is on 50% sale. Got 380 TP yay :) At first, my question was, should I save this to buy GH or save it more until WF goes on sale then buy it? I have answered myself that GH will have a lot more benefits, so GH it is. Now my question is, will GH and Vale(already have this) get me to around level 19? Not reaching for 20 coz Ive heard it was hard but why not? My Wizard is now level 14 and is ready to go to Vale buy Im kinda feeling weird getting all the xp from that low of a level. Or, are there other things in the DDO store that are worth more? I was planning to buy Monk when it is on sale but now it is really over priced and need 450+tp to buy it, I already finished doing the 100 favour thing, and the formspring was Vale.

Thanks! :)

You can certainly get to level 20 with Gianthold and Vale. You will have to repeat some of the quests more often than you'd want to, but you can get to 20 with those two adventure packs.

I would not reccomend trying to get to 20 on a second life after a True Reincarnate with just those two packs.

Ah, thanks for the reply :)
So, I guess I jsut have to wait for it go on sale!
Im quite surprised though how Ive managed to get to level 14 and almost level 15(100k xp left) with just free to play quests. And I find some level 11s-level 12s who get level stuck.
Im sure Gianthold will be on the Turbine Tuesdays sale soon, well, hopefully. Btw, what gear is there to get from Gianthold?

Thanks!

EDIT: Just re-read the OP and my reply was something almost completely unrelated. ^^;

Seconded...there is more than enough XP to get to 20 with the F2P content and the Vale and GH.

The explorer areas in the Vale and GH area if you finish all the slayers are worth a large amount of XP.....add in the quest XP and you will have no problems leveling to 20.

Be warned tho, slayer areas can take quite a while to complete.

Vale is 10,000 kills to cap and GH is 9,000.

Madstone Crater, Prison of the Planes, The Crucible, Gianthold Tor...and of course the Reaver's Fate raid are were all the named items drop......there are a lot of items too.

You can also get armor crafted for dragon scales and GH relics.

Note that it may be a while before GH is at -50%. It may happen next week, it may happen next year...
