UI changes possible?

I can't seem to be able to:
1. move the recall progress bar
2. move the location of applied buffs - stuck in the upper right hand
3. move the location of applied debuffs - stuck in a row beneath that
4. have monster names appear at range - even when the monster itself does (this works for NPCs)
5. see health bars for any monster other than the targeted one
6. move the XP progress bar
7. change the location of DM or zone messages (right in the middle of my screen)
8. see all my inventory at once (e.g. lotro all in one inventory add-in) rather than in tabs
9. permanently change the location of the pop-up window when I examine an object (even if I move it, when I close and re-open it goes to the old location)
10. see my AC and weapons with damage without bringing up the inventory panel and displaying the details panel
11. hide the radar map altogether

Are any of these possible?

Well, since you ask :)

1. not possible atm. but not much need even if you clutter that area.
2. not possible atm. maybe sorting by time helps.
3. not possible atm. maybe a button to toggle or expand it helps.
4. somewhat possible. check your distance distance, on ultrahigh you can examine monsters at any distance.
5. somewhat possible. soft targetting seems to work, just have to hover the monster with the mouse.
6. same as 1.
7. same as 1.

9. possible, my examine orb dun move around, just the window moves to fit the screen.
10. somewhat possible. but right now you can only hover on your weapon set to see the items.
