From the description and the fact that connection is not being restored afterward makes me think you're losing connection on port transitions which can occur as your changing areas.
Try the steps here (http://forums.ddo.com/showthread.php?t=184209) and the connection related ones here (http://forums.ddo.com/showthread.php?t=202636) but also open a tech support request (http://support.turbine.com/ics/support/default.asp?deptID=24001&task=ticket) if you haven't yet.

I read all steps, my connection stay in DMZ mode with all ports enabled in mi computer (only in my computer) and my family don't use others pcs in my LAN.
My xDSL is 10Mb/512kb upload i dont use p2p's or other type of downloads, when game freeze in loading screens internet runs correctly and i play other MMorp's and i don't have this problem.
I tryed without antivirus and other softwares with clean startup system and still with the problem :(
My Mobo is Asus with nvidia chipset, phenom x4 and one nvidia 9800GT PCI-EX

Hi comeollas,
Please ensure port forwarding is configured on your router for the UDP range 9000-9010 and provide the static IP for your PC that sits in the DMZ.

Yes, my pc have static ip, and ports its opened in UDP (i tryed open this ports, but my pc stay in DMZ mode in router)
The error persist i played 20 minutes and in second transition area freezed and now its imposible log in server 1 or 2 hours.
Edit: I opened more ports 20900-20913 and 9000-9013 udp and tcp.

Depending on your network routing and configuration port forwarding may not be actually occurring if the PC is truly in a DMZ - have you tried placing it inside the internal network?
If you open up the knowledgease:

Then click this link:

It details the ports DDO uses.

I here ya I've had some similar issue my self , and with the intelligence of an Orc about computers I did some basic things
1- changed to a high speed router ( wireless this time) I run 20 megabytes connection
2- cleared the game and contents and reloaded the game updated in this forum
3- updated all my drivers ( the computer I now 1 yr old)
4- cleared and turned off anything that could possibly be run while play the game
5- took a 1 TB hard drive, 800 GB ram, radion 5750/1GB dedicated memory VC, 3.1 ghz drive spd, quad 4 sys. And use this computer for DDO play only.
This worked great until about 1 month ago when things started going wrong , after all this I still get freezes from time to time and you can't do anything but turn off the on/off button and reboot the computer, what a pain, and I still get what they call hitching in a rhythmic pattern , for what it's worth the hitching is a real pain while playing cuz it come in 3 hitches at a time , but it seems that this happens worse during peek hours when lots of people are on playing cuz at 2-4 am mountain time everything runs smooth , so turbine can think what they want , but I believe my hitching is related to my freeze ups cuz I freeze up when my game is hitchy, if ya know what I mean, other than that the game play is smooth. Sure wished things worked like it did when I started playing 1 yr ago from this febuary , sometimes it's not even worth playing when it's bad . And my lv 16 dude i wont even play him when i experiance hitching and freezing i cant take it cuz there is so much going on . :( Just a few thoughts.
