I recently completed the Sharn Syndicate quest in the Bank where Zircon double-crosses you. This time I couldn't resist - I had to unlock the bins and see what was in them. In them, I found the following collectables:
Wedding Bands
Tarnished Mirrors
Crystal Balls
Dusty Sealed Letters
My question is this - do these items have any sort of worth? Do they trade in somewhere to a collector that I just haven't come across yet?
Or, are they just plain junk (my leading hypothesis)?
Thanks!

You can AH them, but from near as I can tell, junk.
Or something to RP with.

Y'know, I've never opened those safe deposit boxes. :D
That said, all collectibles that can be turned in will tell you in their description
who the collector is and how many of each item they are looking for.
These are likely your typical optional quest objective items that don't drop
automatically as they should when you leave the quest (the 3 books from
NecroI being another repeat offender).
Then there's the rare case where the quest giver will collect these items up when
you talk to them a second time after turning in the quest (the phylactery from
And the Dead Shall Rise being the prime example), but you never get anything from
this type of turn in other than an empty inventory slot.
So, long story longer, if they don't have a plat value at the bottom, and don't
list the collector, they're trash. Guess I should have just said that at the top. :D

Their value is purely sentimental.

Leave them in, open a few more and see if you find other stuff.

You should. There might be something else (besides items) lurking behind one or any of them.

I did.
:D
