Missing Walkway

I have been conquering Three Barrel Cove...and i cannot find the "bucanneer's Walkway"..I have tireless have searxched and researched all maps and the game and there is no metion of it..but it is listed as one of the explorer items. Can anyone share some light on where it might be?

Exit the bar, turn right. Go through the archway straight ahead.

Climb up the broken wall section just right of the elevated walkway and turn left at the top.
