The game is not down.
There appears to be some issues with the internet as a whole....but nothing specific to Turbine.

And so you know...there was no maintenance today at all.

All servers (including Lamannia) show as down, in client as well as via http://www.ddostuff.com/

Curiously, however, I *can* launch and connect to LOTRO.

Edit: Completely exited client and re-launched. All worlds were then available... strange indeed.

I just got home from work and had same problem, all worlds down. What I did was logout, then clicked on the X to quit game. I then restarted game, not re-installed it, logged back in and all worlds were up.
