Public Service Announcement:
If you Master's Touch a weapon or set of weapons and then use Oil of Incandescence on the same weapons, you'll lose your proficiency.
So make sure you use the Oil before you Master's Touch them. This isn't a huge deal but if you're using Shavarath Cakes, which are more valuable than a scroll, you don't want to waste them.
