Didnt recive TP for getting 1500 Favor

Hello, I finished " The Pit " on Elite last night, which took me over the 1500 total favor mark, however it did not give me the 25 points I should have got for getting another 100 favor, and I also thought I got a 100TP bonus for another 500 total Favor? though I could be wrong about that. Anyways, I usually get the TP mail as soon as I hit the 100/500 favor markers, however like I said, it's been over a day now and still nothing.


I'm sorry if this has been posted already, I did a search and didnt find any helpful posts. Any help would be great, thank you in advance.

You are missing the character favor but there is no server favor reward at 1500 favor.. (http://www.ddo.com/store-starter-guide/739-step-3-getting-turbine-points).If you aren't rewarded the points after 48 hours send a ticket to account support at http://support.turbine.com/ics/support/default.asp?deptID=24001


All points are rewarded within 24-48 hours of the initial time they are earned. Please note that this is the longest that these grants should take, and most will continue to be significantly faster (if not almost instantly).
