Vip Turned to Premium in 1 Day

2 days ago i bought 3 month vip to a friend,and i cancelled payment for next 3 months,he logged with his account as a vip. next day when he logged, the account was a premium not vip now i have 3 question

what happened to money?
what happened to account?
is it bug or something ?

If you cancel the same day you upgrade then the upgrade does not fully take effect. The billing system doesn't charge you until the next day, so if you cancel before the charge, then you aren't fully upgraded. To work around this, simply upgrade, and then wait at least one day to cancel.

You should be able to confirm with your bank/card company that you were not charged the subscription fee. If you have questions about your specific account, please contact Account Management.

checked bank today, you were right it seems 0 transfer, then i upgraded account to vip again and ill wait atleast 1 week b4 cancel payment method :) thanks for answer /hug
