Your Email and Transition key combination is invalid!.

Hi!
When I try to use the transfer tool (transfer.ddo.com) I get the following message: "Your Email and Transition key combination is invalid!." I have removed the dashes from the key, as per the FAQ, and I am also a 110% sure it is the right key and the right email.
I got a confirmation mail from codemasters with the subject "DDO Character Transfer Instructions", but never received any followup from turbine. The opt-in was done in August, last year, but I never got around to actually trying to transfer, till today...
Any ideas anyone?

f4en, I recommend that you submit a web inquiry/email via the link in my signature. Select Account Management as your support team, and DDO Europe Inquiry as your type. In the email, include the email address that is associated with your Transition key, and the key itself. Our Account Management team will be happy to review the information provided and try to assist.

Hopefully on saturday (tomorrow) since i allways get replies on that day, lol.

Hope they don't ask me the transition key and need to wait more, since i didn't provided them with the mail...
