Problem with points

Hi, i'm italian and i have a problem to buy some points.

Today i wanted to buy $29.50 points (30€ euros) but:

There was an error processing your request. Please try again.[CHK-8001]

Now, my credit card is not confirm (I still have to put the 4 numbers that are shown on my statement) and first i thought this is the problem, but i can to pay to italy and europe without confirm my credit card.

Turbine has fairly strict verification requirements for the security of our players. We require verification of the address, along with card verification, in order to accept a card for payment. If you have questions about that, please contact your card company.

Please note that other companies, especially in other countries (besides the US) may have different verification requirements. Your card working with them does not mean that it will work with Turbine.
