ok, i ran into a bit of trouble. it has been about a year sense i have had internet so i couldn't play DDO
now i forgot my password. i tried the forgot password thing. but problem 2 came up.
it dosn't recognize my email addy... how do i get back too my account without haveing too start from scratch??

You can contact Account Management support for help.

However, I'm not sure how it doesn't recognize your email. The password reset function is looking for your username (game login) not an email address. Do be sure you're using your game login, which is often not the same as your forum login. ;)

She's referring to the "Forgot Password" function.
It 'resets' your password to something random, then emails that random password to your email (the one tied to your game user name) which you then use to log in. Followed immediately with changing the password back to a secret one of your own again.
