Am just putting this under like mimic chest sets and such.


Just something i thought amusing and good as a surprise in a quest.

Animated objects ((To the unlearned think of it as if the beauty and the beast cast attacked you))

Given large enough, I can fully see an entire quest be about rampaging objects if you get my point. I think it would just be fun and enjoyable difference compared to everyday quests.

Could be interesting if done right. I really enjoyed the animated crates the first time I encountered them in the Snitch. Could see the story line set around an eccentric wizard that has either died or just gone completely mad.

Would be amusing, like Delerium with the floor tiles that rise up to attack you.

I'd love to see these sorts of monsters, especially mimics. If they implement mimics though, they need to have a chance to randomly end up as chests or objects in any quest, just so they pop up unexpected.
