This may have been asked before (although I did look and didn't find anything), and is solely for convenience so I realize not something that deserves high priority, but I'd like to see a change that allows a wizard to see what spells are written in the spell book even if it's a spell higher than can currently be cast.
For example, on my lvl 15 wiz, it would be nice to see what level 9 spells I have in the book (since I can't cast them yet) without having to go buy inscription materials and try to inscribe only to get the message "The spell x is already inscribed in your spell book."
As I said, it is really a convenience thing. I have no idea what would be involved in coding something like this but it seems like it would be pretty straightforward, just show all 9 lvl tabs on the spell book but have no slots in which to put the spells until you are at the appropriate level.
Thanks,
Antello
