The feature that I like best with the new cosmetic armors is the fact that they can make an armor item Bound To Account (BTA). Now set aside the cosmetic armor skins entirely, I would pay 25-50, maybe ...just maybe as much as 75 TP for some kind of token that could be put in the stone of change with any item; be it armor, weapon, accessory, etc and make that item BTA. Any item not currently BTC of course, but things like my Bottle of Air for instance, which I enjoy passing on to my newly created alts but I would be deeply upset if ever took permanent damage. I have currently amongst my characters at least 10 items I would pay TP to BTA if there were such an option and if the TP price were not prohibitive. Would anyone else like this?

There are a few things I would Bind to Account floating around in my characters inventory.

Yes.

Would do it yes, if the price is right. Even for silly things like a dwarven axe or less silly things like a cloak of curses.
But I'd probably pay twice as much to have a BTC item be BTA but that one will never happen.

I don't know if it is still "in the works" so to speak... but last year someone found this : http://compendium.ddo.com/wiki/Item:Shard_of_Unbinding The page has since been removed, but the item description was that using the binding ritual to bind your item to you (i.e. your bottle of air) then using the shard of unbinding on the bound item would make it bound to account. This only worked with items that where not bound to character when pulled. (you couldn't unbind raid loot for example)... I don't think it will come anytime soon, But I would buy a few myself.

In a heart beat, I would bind my +5 full plate of haste 5/rest. Heck, I would probably buy more slots to make more fighters, just to keep it in use because it's so awesome. I think my heart may break a little the day it takes permanent damage.
