Does anyone know if these stack.... i am looking to wear two of them and a torc as well as my CO weapon and wondered if the proc rate stacked for teh 2 worn items....

My recollection is;

>1 worn item = no stack
1 worn + 1 weapon = stack (but a fix intended to stop it in future)

Think that's right.
