WF fortification bugged / not working?

WF Sorc w/ Bracers of the Claw. Noticed I was taking a heap of damage in GH. Then I saw the bold numbers for damage. Critical hit? Really? Yep, character sheet shows 75% fort.

Unequip bracers. 0% fort.

Anyone else getting this?

Warforged Immunities and other Warforged properties have been know to not properly take hold when logging in over the course of DDO's history. One such method that used to trigger this problem was logging out just as a barbarian rage wore off.

I haven't recently had an issue like you describe, but I'll keep my eyes open just in case.
