Random Spawing Kobold in the LM palace

Odd, that an evil Kobold spawns in the LM palace every so often (the public instance of it). You'll be happy to know that you are all safe because the palace guards subdue it (with a little help from Stormreach's hero's).

Kinda cool. The Devs used to spawn Super HP Kobolds long ago in taverns for people to beat on. Ah memories.
