Cosmetic helms

Please give us a new option to pick which skill "Jump, Concentration, Balance, Intimidate, Hide, Move Silently, Diplomacy, Perform, umd, etc," we would like boosted when picking a helm, instead of one pre-assigned to it. Some of them are great looking, but don't match a certain skill the player is looking for. For clarification, I'm talking about the ones that say "Make your current helm look like this one." Thanks
