I was going to buy it at 250... but not 295

ha! I can count many times where the web developer hasn't checked his or her prices, and then have had it listed wrong on the site for weeks.

Turbine doesn't have a QA department for their marketing team it seems. Oh well, it's not like customers mater.

Not to mention that you can't even FIND the Small Cookie Jars (http://forums.ddo.com/showthread.php?p=3473936#post3473936). They're not listed in Seasonal Items, or in Recently Added Items.

I found them without even trying hard by looking in the bags section

If you cant find the cookie jars in the store...

Type JAR into the search box....pops them right up.

Why only list the more expensive of the two options by itself under "Seasonal Items?" Why only list the more expensive of the two options in the New Items section?

Is the small cookie jar not new? Is it also not seasonal? I cannot understand the rational behind this other than underhanded marketing.

Fair enough. I never bothered with the Seasonal or New sections myself. I'll either use the search function or the breadcrumbs to get where what I'm looking for is. Personal preference, there I guess.

That said, you're probably right about them missing from the New and Seasonal menus

Cooler heads certainly prevail, but it seemed intentional to me. There I was with a overflowing backpack, and I wanted to get my cookies contained.

Since I couldn't find it in the Today's Deals or the other two places, I said what the hades and went with the large one. It was my guildie that searched with a little more patience.

It's just very frustrating because this is a wonderful game. A GREAT game. But then, they do something half-tuckus like this, and it's really frustrating. And from what I've seen, Turbine has a pattern of half-tuckusing stuff with the DDO Store (not writing adequate item descriptions (http://forums.ddo.com/showthread.php?t=290636), etc.).

There's a search? Huh. Yeah. If I had a little more patience, I probably would have found that. But honestly, the DDO Store is so busy/ADHD, it's hard to find anything. :(

I'll definitely use the search next time.
