i'm rather suspecting that your DCs won't be high enough to make the spell focus feats worthwhile on your first life. maybe later on, if you get a lot of really nice gear to boost your charisma to a high enough level.

That's way too much investment into spell penetration on a sorcerer, where your slots are already limited. I have yet to see a situation where anyone really needs that much, assuming you have +5 from enhancements and +2 from gear. One feat is good enough, and at level 11, you dont need any from feats at all.
If you really want to make a good sorcerer, spend one or two past lives as a wizard. The free feat passively adds +2 spell penetration, which means you can skip the SP feat totally if you wanted. Additionally, the other wizard-feat adds up to +3 to all your DC, which is better than Spell Focus.

Some people choose not to have Toughness. I have never tried, but if your Con is pretty high and you have enough HP items, then Toughness can be trivial.

Hi I am on my first toon, level 10 sorcerer with very similar build as you :)

But I love my Fireball and Frost Lance!

I am going for the Evocer at least on my first life, Firewall works in Epic (at least people say so).

Acid Blast I chose because it has many enemies immune to fire, so I gave preference to acid,
so I took the cone of ice to vary more
