Is the 1 week timer for lesser reincarnation the same as the timer for TR?

You have to wait a week between any two reincarnations, whatever kind they are, if this answers your question :)

Is this correct? The ddowiki says that LR timers and the TR timer are independent.

LR is on a separate timer from TR. I have done a LR (to switch class distribution slightly to gain a different past life for upcoming TR), then immediately followed it with a TR.
