Percision Feat= Call Shot PNP?

Is the Percission Feat the same function as the Call Shot rule that was found in pen and paper?

There is no called shot rule in D&D. 3rd party rules have tried to add such but have always done ******** things akin to +10 AC to auto kill via hitting the head.

That being said, officially Ambush Feats are named and have effects as if you struck a certain area such as Throat Punch making it harder to cast spells with verbal components. Things like sneak attack, sudden strike, skirmish damage, and several other miscellaneous effects operate under the idea you aimed and hit a vital area. The exact area isn't mentioned due to the rapage of doing so (see 3rd party called shots for examples).

Well that wasn't exactly whats meant lol.

I mean is it in the same functionality as it seems to even get by fort.

Is their a real purpose towards the feat if your sacrficing that much damage to even hit?
