As it says above:
"Some Intel users may find that when DirectX 10 is enabled, only their UI is visible and the rest of their screen is black. If this occurs, we recommend you disable DX10, enable DX9, and restart the game client."
Just wanted to point out I run an AMD system with an AM2 4200 processor and a GeForce 8800 GTS and this known issue affects me as well, even though I do not have an intel build.
Just wanted to add that nugget of info, since the issue then isn't with intel.
