View Full Version : Trouble with House K Favor and Bank Slots

I am having trouble with one of my toons on Thelanis. I have 256 House K favor and have talked to the guy outside the House K bank who told me i was ready to upgrade to more bank slots. When I step into the bank and talk to the banker the tab for upgrade is greyed out and will not let me upgrade. I am stuck with only 20 slots.
I have not had this problem on any of my other toons. Have tried a help ticket and a bug report. Have logged off and on, talked to them again, etc.
Anyone else have this prob. or any suggestions?

Do you have enough plat to upgrade?

Yes. The toon I am having the trouble with is lvl 12 has Tr'd twice and has 750k Plat.
Drop an in game support ticket. Sometimes bank slots have problems on TRs but a guick in game support ticket usually gets it sorted right out.

I did file an in game support ticket. They told me to file a bug report. Did that too. Havent heard back.

It can take a couple of days...but it has happened to me and a couple of guildies. Usually involves having all 5 bags but for some reason the store bought ones show up but then prevent the favor one from showing up.

Yeah, thought it might have to do with the Tr'd toons. Thx for ya help.

Not sure but i believe the bug with TR had to do with the bank space from the store, which apparently break getting the next tab.
If that's the case you may have to open the ticket with account support first to check your purchased tabs.
And maybe get directed to the proper support channel.
In-game support is more for game things like getting your toon unstuck, then you are referred to do a bug report.
Bug reports are to report for devs only, you don't get a reply with those, says so in the form itself.
Account support tickets are the ones that get replied andthey can check your purchases.

If it is not the TR bug.
You MUST READ the mail message you get from the bank people. you MUST read this. You HAVE to read this. You MUST read this.
If you have NOT GONE to your MAILBOX, do it and READ the message.
If the message is gone, then you have to file a ticket. That message sticks around for 2 weeks 5 days or so.
Then go talk to the bank person outside the bank of House K.
Then go into the bank and upgrade.
I guarantee this will work unless the bank message in your mail box is gone. Then I don't know.

I had the same issue, I was on my 2nd TR and once I reachd 75 favor I was unable to purchase my 2nd bank space from the house of K patron nor could I purchase bank space from the DDO store. I opened a ticket while back and was told imediately by a GM there was nothing they could do but to open a bug report. That was months ago. Today I opened another ticket because I was running out of room for character bound items. This time the GM took the time to ask me questions and was able to add the 2nd bank space. Just like every other customer service out there it depends on who you get if you get your issue resolved.
