The sorc if the sorc either A. Jumps down last or B. is on the far wall.
The barb is the barb jumps down last, gets a trip or stun off, and powers through the defensive spells.

Twitch skills may change this.

Also: The real answer is it's only for fun so don't care if you win or lose, care if you get mad at the loss that will inevitably come.

Also the arcane archer always wins unless a shield combined with self healing is in play.
And that strategy is only certain if the blocker has over 500 hp at all times.

To the OP, 9 times out of 10 the sorcerer will win no matter what the situtation. If the barb has a lavender ioun stone, then odds are even.

This assumes the sorcerer knows how to move.

But if the gloves are off...

AA with ioun stone will win every time
Light Monk will win every time regardless of equipment
Virtuoso Bard will win every time regardless of equipment
