I was thinking of rolling up my first cleric and was wondering if anyone has a cleric build out there that they would like to share.

Here is the criteria I am working with...
• 32 point build
• Would like to go Dwarf (I know human gives me an extra feat and would probably be better, but I'm hoping my stellar playing skills can make up the difference :D )
• Radiant Servant
• Healer first with some offensive spell capability
• Doesn't need to be designed to solo as I most always group

I was thinking this for starting stats

STR 12
DEX 8
CON 16
INT 8
WIS 18
CHA 12

I am not very familiar with cleric enhancements and feats so I need a ton of help there.

Just capped basically the same char. My has more str and less cha, but this is fine.
I have these feats, not in this order necessarily, toughness, empower, empower healing, extend, quicken, maximize, spell pen.

I have the radiant servant pre I and II. All level ups into wis. Max the healing enhancements, dwarf con, toughness enhancements. Salt and pepper the rest to taste.

No offense, but it is hard to screw it up.

Here's how I usually build my clerics (or at least how I would build a Dwarf one). It gets the most out of Radiant Servant and offensive casting. Around level 12 or whenever you start offensive casting, swap the Extra Turning feat for Quicken Spell. Either that, or take Quicken Spell at level 12 and swap Extra Turning for Empower Spell whenever you feel like it.

Thanks for the character planner stuff - that really helps.

Adrian99 - I like your stat distribution a little more. It seems to get better use out of the build points. I just have a couple of questions about it...

What are the negatives from lowering the WIS down 2 points?
And what are the gains from increasing CHA by 2 points?

losing 2 wis means
-1 spell dcs, -29 sp, -1 will saves, -1 to wis skills
gaining 2 cha means
+1 turn attempt, +1 turn dc, +1 to cha skills

Hi Guys,

Sorry I can't read Character planners very well, I saw that there was an increase of Heal Skill. Is this really raised or just mistakenly clicked?

I suggest using the points in Balance instead of the Heal skill.

It's called "Heal is based off of the Wisdom stat which is the Cleric's primary caster stat"
