Parkour/Free Running Dungeon

Here's an idea for a dungeon... Tell me if you like this idea...

Traps everywhere and there's a deathtrap chasing after you. The only way to live is to RUN FOR YOUR LIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIFE.

A few jumping things here while using tumble to get past a low ceiling at times using the ladders to add a height aspect.

You were chasing after someone but he disappeared and set off this trap. So run... RUN!!!

Getting back to the entrance to complete the quest. There is an optional to go on this side-path for a really nice chest filled with a couple rare items.

Sorry tumble doesn't works that way.
Plus what with us, players who are done with tumbling and now they're doing front/back/side filp instead?

Monks, FvS, Barbs and Rangers would be far better than other classes.

DDO cannot cope with ledges as it is, putting in an optional full of these would just result in the you cannot do this while hanging message 8 million times.

Parkour relies on momentum to get you over ledges and obstacles quickly, DDO does not have this. Everytime you grab a ledge or hit a wall in DDO you stop moving.

DDO could never pull something like this off.

Well then how about a minigame/pvp type thing for when you're waiting for a group? PVP races would be fun(not fighting).

Who hasn't got bored while waiting for a group to form and having something to do would be nice.

Not sure about running races though and I'm not into PVP.

tumble as a class skill +fastest movement speed + improved evasion + abundant step = everyone else loses.

The end to Von 4 is almost what you describe. Its timed and you have traps to run through and woaforged dogs chasing you throughout the obsticle course.

I like the end to von 4... it's rather short though.
