High haggle will get you more motes for your item turn in.

I did try it with my haggle bard since she is there and her haggle is 80 self buffed.

Didn't notice any difference between using my haggle bard and my wiz which has no haggle. My sample was small though so technically it doesn't really show anything.

Anyone else try this?

You gotta let the guy with the jewel of fortune open the chest, and it has to be immediately after the clerics AoE buff the chest, and it becomes diplo'd by a bard.

You have to cast bless on yourself while the chest is in the radius of the spell effect. Everything else is just a rumor.
