charged but not bestowed

i just recently bought the devil assault pack, i was charged but the pack was not bestowed to me..

there was also no cinfirmation in my email.. but i was still charged -280tp

I had a similar issue with a store purchase. Logging out and back into the game delivered the purchase.

if this doesn't work for you, contact customer support and they will fix it for you.
