Don't know if it has been reported, I imagine it has, but apparently in the Mabar Spectral Dragon fight each player is hearing what seems to be the DM narration for all the players in their instance ... so that is what - 24 DM voices? You can tell because as people who enter later than others come inside, you will hear the DM narration they normally would only get themselves ... then other times, like when it says the dragon is slain (which would be cued for everybody at the same time), its ... well, its crazy, like a delay pedal is on the audio. In other words, imagine the DM voice being on an open mic ... for everyone.

Even more frustrating, the DM voice for that event is actually a "sound effect" for some reason, so setting DM volume to zero doesn't have any effect - you have to put your sound effects to zero to make it go away.

I dont know if it is happening across all servers, or even to everyone, but I'm on Khyber and both times I ran it last night everyone in the instance was experiencing this. Just fyi ...

yeah, its everyone. The DM also repeats himself every time you near one of his queue points. For example, when a new person steps up to the lever, the DM gives his speach again. He'll do it for all 24 people, if they step up to it.

Something weird happened in my B Dragon instance yesterday (aside from the voice). Everyone was getting mad because we were having 4 people on levers and 6 people in altars. Whats weird is no Altar/Lever reported short. EVER. If you watched, all altars and levers reported as over manned. Are more than 24 allowed in an instance?

aah -- that might explain why the dragon run I participated in earlier felt like a rush hour crowd ;)
