I'm trying to plan out a Hate Tank, and I'm wondering how Incite bonuses on gear works. So that I can calculate out how much Hate I can generate.
Are they similar to Healing Amp, where the same numbered bonuses on items don't stack?
Do they stack additively or multiplicatively(like Healing Amp)?

They stack multiplicatively like healing amp. You can use 1.0 as base 100% threat and then multiply extra threat from items such as 1.0(base 100% threat) x 1.1(10% incite) x 1.15(15% incite) x 1.2(20% incite) = 1.518 or 151.18% threat.

I have a question on this too, does WF or Half-orc brute fighting stack with insight, fighter stalwart defender stance, paladin defender of siberys, and set bonuses that increase threat?

Alright. Thanks for the info.
What about the numbered bonuses from items. Do they have to be different, or can I use a Tempest Threat Rune(15%) with the Defender of Siberys ToD Set(15
Again, thanks in advance for the help.

The DDOcast where a Dev explained threat modification mechanics was before these set bonuses exist. I'd love to know definitively whether these stack too.

I'm not sure how to test it, but once I have both my Threat DT finished, and that ToD set, I'd be glad to test it out.
