ok i got different unlocks on the 2 subs i have on the one account, i did want all my characters on one subscription but the transfer tool saw that i didnt have that choice, the problem is that if they do merge the 2 subscriptions to 1, i have vet status unlocked on both, will they refund me the points for vet status on the second sub?

I've had enough. I'm off to complain and make noise directly with Turbine instead of raging on a Forum.

is there a possibility of getting an answer off Turbine at all on this matter, it is important for more people to know and not just me that if we have to double purchase unlocks on our second sub, will they be refunded if out characters get moved to the primary sub? and will all the unlocks move with them?

Still waiting.
Had to duplicate spend again today and unlock Demon sands and Giant Hold on my wrong sub. That's twice I've paid real money for both these adventure packs.
Its the last Turbine see's of my cash until the situation is resolved. I refuse to pay for character transfer from Thelanis to Ghalanda until this is sorted.

In case you haven't already guessed...
They come here only when we start to flood the real forum with our rants and raves.
Last time we had dev/community relation attention was last week to keep us off the main forum with the transfer rants that were taking too long.

the thing is this question is from lots of us who have had the same stuff up made on their accounts by the transfer tool

Still waiting on some kind of feedback or response - god forbid an actual solution and fix! Sent an email to Customer Services - Kept it polite and in simple english. :rolleyes:
No response. :(
Every time I come back here to say "Still waiting" I want to vent and rage, and then I sigh and think what's the point? :(
I'm just really dissapointed now. :(

Just my 2 cents,,,, I am one more of the players waiting for the solution to the wrong account issue. Almost a full moth has passed and I hasn't received the email with the " We know you problem, Please Wait ". ( Yes, used the wrong account ticked as soon as it shows up....)
I am not Happy.
